All prices on our website are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, which is calculated based on your location and our VAT obligations. Shipping costs are €12 per order for fabrics, while shipping for most other products is free. Our products are shipped directly from the producers to you to minimize unnecessary freight. Our products are shipped from Croatia, Latvia, Spain or other EU countries.

SHALMIAK.shop currently delivers to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

All items are produced after the order has been placed, and the production time is approximately 1–2 weeks. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact SHALMIAK.shop before returning the product. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The return shipping address is in Finland.
